Experience & Qualifications:
Required Experience:
10+ years’ experience in Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or Fintech.
Proven track record managing large, complex regional or multinational financial institutions at executive level.
Strong commercial experience across issuing, acquiring, digital payments, and emerging payment rails.
Demonstrated ability to lead high‑value negotiations and multi‑market strategic partnerships.
Skills & Capabilities:
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and structured problem‑solving.
Ability to operate effectively across multiple geographies, cultures, and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
